The Manhattan 12x16 is the largest spa enclosure in the traditional Manhattan Collection. Spa enclosures in the Manhattan Collection have a 7 feet high wall with a traditional 4 feet window to 3 feet skirt ratio.
There is plenty of room to place a table, chairs, plants, a television or other accessories around an 8 foot square spa. The Manhattan 12x16 includes a cedar roof, lexan rounded corners, a 28"x 76" sky dome, 8 sliding bronze acrylic windows and one entrance. The entrance consists of 2 sliding doors.
Additional options include black acrylic, a screen kit and a metal roof. The metal roof is made of shake profiled steel lined with vapour barrier and mahogany plywood.
