Bare benches are never comfortable to sit on especially a long time has to be spent on them. With this demerit overshadowing the intended comfort expected from the sits, cushions have been found to come in handy. Bench cushions also shield the benches, especially old ones from breaking of from the pressure imparted onto them by the users. They can be placed on the arm, back and on the sit of a bench.
As opposed to the outdoor Bench cushions, the ones used indoors don’t consider durability a major factor. The basic principle of design is that every item has to be compatible with the key features within the area in which it is placed. It is therefore unrealistic to use a water absorbent cushion within water prone areas of the house such as the bathrooms.
